Anonymous: I see you're pretty comfortable with your body. What is a typical day of eating for you? Do you also match that with a daily workout?

Yup, unfortunately my daily eating habits are not what they should be. Since I get up and go to work every day I basically have coffee for breakfast (not a great start). Then my lunch is normally something unhealthy from a random food establishment in the city. My dinners are usually good though with fish or chicken. Ideally I would eat to be lean. Eggs of some sort for breakfast, light lunch like a salad and some sort of fish/chicken and rice combo for dinner.

As far as working out goes. I normally try to maintain an every other day routine. I will hit back shoulder biceps one day and then legs chest triceps the next and just keep going back and forth. (Abs are done every day).

Sometimes I become extremely motivated and eat really well and work out for a week straight, it normally doesn’t last though due to time constraints.
